TailorX Consent & Opt-In Disclosure

Proof of consent
Users explicitly opt in during signup, onboarding, and/or checkout by checking required consent boxes before receiving messages or emails. Consent records are securely stored in Firestore along with timestamp, platform source, consent version, and notification preferences.
Messaging use cases
TailorX sends transactional notifications related to account security, login verification, measurement sessions, order activity, tailor communications, marketplace actions, profile updates, and customer support. Messages are only sent to users who have provided consent through the TailorX platform.

Categories 1–5 use transactional consent (emailOptIn). Marketing requires separate marketingOptIn.

- Verification email: Stay up to date on the status of this verification. We will not send any marketing emails.
- Transactional only: TailorX only sends transactional and account-related notifications unless a user separately opts into marketing communications. Users can manage notification preferences at any time in account settings.
- Opt-in confirmation: You're subscribed to TailorX notifications. You may receive account alerts, measurement updates, order activity, and support notifications. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Help: TailorX Alerts: For help, visit https://www.tailorx.me/support or email support@tailorx.me. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Future SMS keywords: START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, JOIN (gated on smsOptIn).
Measurement, camera & media
Stripe payments
Secure checkout is processed by Stripe. We record checkout consent, session IDs, and payment status on orders. Tailor Connect onboarding enables future payouts when fully configured.
Marketing, storage & revoke
Marketing is optional and off by default. Transactional email covers account, auth, orders, measurements, and support. SMS is not enabled platform-wide until you opt in.
